We pay family members to care for their elderly or disabled special needs senior loved ones in the comfort of their own home. Whether you’re a college student, retiree, or simply someone who wants to make a difference, this program is designed for you!

What We Offer:

Earn up to $500 per week while supporting your loved one.
2 days of respite care per week at our Adult Day Care Center—at no cost and without affecting your pay!

Program Details

What Is Structured Family Caregiving?

Structured Family Caregiving is a Medicaid program designed to support families by allowing a family member to become the primary caregiver for a loved one at home. We provide:

Comprehensive caregiver training.
Ongoing coaching and support.
Professional oversight to ensure high-quality care.

This program helps families maintain independence for their loved ones while offering financial assistance and caregiver support.

Eligibility Requirements

For Caregivers:

Must be 18+ years old.
Must be a biological or marital relative but cannot be the spouse, legal guardian, or conservator.
Reside in the same household as the client.
Pass a background check.
Participate in monthly coaching and semi-annual visits.
Submit daily care notes electronically.

For Clients:

Must be 18+ years old.
Must qualify for Medicaid under the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP).
Require 5+ hours of daily personal care.
Must live with their caregiver.
Care plan must be approved by a case manager.
