As much as we all would love to remain in the comfort of home as we age, for some, staying at home is just not possible due to frailness, lack of mobility, or other medical needs. When the time comes to move from the home to another care environment, our personal care homes in southwest Georgia offer a unique solution; caring, compassionate, and professional services in cozy, home-like environments. These “homes away from home” are the ideal alternative for seniors who need care and attention but don’t want to move into a larger assisted living or nursing home setting.
Our personal care homes are small residences that offer the “feeling” of living in one’s own home, with the social engagement and round-the-clock care and supervision of a care facility. All residents have their own personal space, homestyle meals, comfortable living areas and beautiful outdoor areas. All residents have a personalized care plan that allows them to participate in activities they’ve always enjoyed (or take up a new interest or hobby), socialize with other residents and caring staff members, and get the health care and attention they need. Our care adapts as residents’ needs change, allowing residents to avoid facing a move elsewhere.
