Strengthening the Community with Care
At Innovative Senior Solutions, we believe that taking care of people is the most important work that one can do, and we take that work very seriously. To serve the needs of our aging society, we need more well-trained caregivers, and we strive to provide that training to the community. To meet those needs, we offer Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training programs and scholarship opportunities to help those interested in becoming caregivers obtain the education and hands-on training they need to be the best they can be.
When you are hired to be an Innovative Senior Solutions’ caregiver, you are offered the opportunity to enroll in our Personal Care Assistant (PCA) training program, which trains caregivers on best practices, care techniques, terminology, and personal care ethics to help them gain both confidence and proficiency in the field of caregiving. Our PCA training program requires 40 total hours of training and competency and skills testing upon completion of the required training hours.
The goal of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program is to prepare interested individuals to take and pass the State Nurse Aide Exam and open the door for endless career opportunities. Career opportunities are available at Innovative Senior Solutions for CNAs or PCAs providing personal care/sitter services in a senior’s home, at an Adult Day Health Center location, or in the Personal Care Home.
