Caregiver Career Development
Innovative Senior Solutions offers Personal Care Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant training programs to give caregivers the skills and confidence they need to become experts in the field. We also have a Caregiver Ladder program that equips caregivers with advanced skills and allows them opportunities to grow in their roles with the company. Through the Caregiver Ladder program we provide training in soft skills, leadership, dementia care, and proxy caregiving as well as coach caregivers on our culture, core values, and customer service.
We also recognize and reward caregivers who go above and beyond for our clients. Our superstar program recognizes caregiver excellence on a regular basis and at an annual banquet where our caregiver of the year receives a plaque and $1,000 as thanks for a job well done. We also have a wish foundation, where we try to grant a caregiver’s wish once a month – because they grant wishes for clients every day!
